We are excited to have veterinary technician specialist Megan Brashear as our special guest as she teaches us about the more common toxins of the holiday season. Just how toxic are they and how are they treated? Megan has 16 years of emergency/critical care experience, she is fan of trauma, toxins, and hair-on-fire scary critical anesthesia (her words)! Sounds like an exciting chat!
Megan wants to see the technician community become empowered and educated and to see their skills increase.
She enjoys training all levels of staff in various medical concepts and procedures and enjoys lecturing and providing continuing education via On The Floor @ Dove. Megan is a wonderful mentor to many technicians and her community outreach is phenomenal. Follow her on Twitter @MeganAtDove.
This is a great opportunity to interact with others in the field and have a vet tech specialist in critical care at your fingertips.
