 There are lots of veterinary hospitals. The little things DO matter if you want to impress your clients! This article has a few great ideas on how to impress them. At our hospital we have a little board that we post photos of our puppy and kitten patients (we take a photo during their first visit), and then we send home their picture at the time of the spay/neuter. Clients love looking at the "babies" when they come in and it makes them feel special to see their pet's photo on display. What is a way that you "WOW" pets and owners in your hospital?
